I saw your webcast on making beef stock and found it very informative. I am looking for a stock pot and was wondering the brand name of the stock pot you use in your video.
I cannot even remember. Just get yourself an 18/10 stainless steel stock pot. It also helps to get one with a glass lid for when you make chicken stock. (Beef stock the lid stays off, chicken stock the lid goes on.) All the best to you! Monica
